    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW72FRD05: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 08:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Westwego Spb Airport, Westwego, LA. The flight departed from Little Lake, LA, with the destination Westwego, LA. Collided with an object during the landing rollout. Report remarks include: Operator of drag line dredging canal swung bucket into path of acft, dmgd right wing and float.

    Crashed.
    There were two fatalities. The accident occurred at the Dupage Airport (DPA) West Chicago, IL, United States while taking off. The airframe was destroyed. This was the first flight of the grumman G-21 in two years. Also, the pilot had not flown the G-21 for two years. Before taking off, the pilot reported that three takeoffs and landings would be needed for purposes of becoming current. After takeoff, he flew the airplane approximately one hour and made two full stop landings...
