    This was a Combat incident. This helicopter was REPAIRED IN THEATERThis was an unarmed Recon mission. While in Target Area this helicopter was in Bank Right at 0010 feet and 070 knots. Helicopter took 1 hits from:Small Arms/Automatic Weapons; Gun launched non-explosive ballistic projectiles less than 20 mm in size. (7.62MM) The helicopter was hit in the Right Side. Systems damaged were: STRUCTURE. The aircraft continued flight and accomplished all mission objectives.

    This was a Combat incident. This helicopter was REPAIRED IN THEATERThis was an Armed Recon mission. While Enroute this helicopter was in Bank Left at 0050 feet and 050 knots. Helicopter took 4 hits from:Small Arms/Automatic Weapons; Gun launched non-explosive ballistic projectiles less than 20 mm in size. (7.62MM). Systems damaged were: FUEL SYS, MAIN ROTOR SYS, STRUCTURE, COMM SYS. The aircraft continued and accomplished all mission objectives.

Helicopter took 4 hits from:Small Arms/Automatic Weapons; Gun launched non-explosive ballistic projectiles less than 20 mm in size. (7.62MM). Systems damaged were: FUEL SYS. It is unknown or not reported if the self sealing fuel tank developed a leak. The helicopter made a Forced Landing. Aircraft was capable of one time flight. The aircraft was diverted or delayed after completing some mission objectives.

Helicopter took 1 hits from:Small Arms/Automatic Weapons; Gun launched non-explosive ballistic projectiles less than 20 mm in size. (7.62MM). The helicopter was hit in the Forward area. Systems damaged were: MAIN ROTOR SYS. The aircraft continued and accomplished all mission objectives.

    This was a Combat incident. This helicopter was REPAIRED IN THEATERThis was an Armed Recon mission. While On Target this helicopter was Attacking at 0100 feet and 040 knots. Helicopter took 4 hits from:Small Arms/Automatic Weapons; Gun launched non-explosive ballistic projectiles less than 20 mm in size. (7.62MM). The helicopter was hit in the Left Side. Systems damaged were: STRUCTURE, PERSONNEL. Casualties = 01 WIA. The helicopter made a Forced Landing. Aircraft took off, fully flight capable. The aircraft continued and accomplished all mission objectives. Aircraft repaired on the spot with tools and parts on hand.

    This was a Combat incident. This helicopter was REPAIRED IN THEATERThis was an Armed Recon mission. While in Target Area this helicopter was Attacking at 0050 feet and 080 knots. Helicopter took 3 hits from:Small Arms/Automatic Weapons; Gun launched non-explosive ballistic projectiles less than 20 mm in size. (7.62MM). Systems damaged were: FLT CONTROLS. The helicopter made a Precautionary Landing. Aircraft took off, fully flight capable, and accomplished all mission objectives. Aircraft repaired on the spot with tools and parts on hand.

    This was a Combat incident. This helicopter was REPAIRED IN THEATERThis was an Armed Recon mission. While Enroute this helicopter was at Level Flight at 0050 feet and 080 knots. Helicopter took 2 hits from:Small Arms/Automatic Weapons; Gun launched non-explosive ballistic projectiles less than 20 mm in size. (7.62MM). The helicopter was hit in the Chin Bubble. Systems damaged were: STRUCTURE. The aircraft continued and accomplished all mission objectives.

The armor protecting the personnel was effective. The aircraft continued and accomplished all mission objectives.
