    Constructed as a F-106A-130-CO by Convair at San Diego, California, USA.
    323rd F-106 produced by Convair at San Diego CA

    23 November 1960

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 59-0134.

    23 January 1961

    To 48th FIS, Langley AFB, VA.

    10 July 1968

    Transferred to 318th FIS, McChord AFB, WA.

    Damaged.
    Suffered ground fire damage when the drop tanks were accidently ejected at the conclusion of a WSEM load. The fire damaged both wings, the rear fuselage and the vertical stabilizer.

    5 February 1969

    Written off.
    AFLC directed shipment to ATC at Lowry AFB CO as a munitions trainer as the aircraft was rendered unflyable and repairable by the ground fire.

    12 May 1969

    Aircraft shipped to Lowry.

    July 1969

    To 3415th M and S GP., Lowry AFB, CO.

    October 1975

    Transferred to Lowry AFB Technical Training Center.

    After October 1975

    Placed on display.
    Placed on display at Lowry AFB, CO.

    Circa October 1975

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
