    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number ATL81FID08: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 18:45 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Norfolk Regional Airport, Norfolk, VA. The flight departed from Norfolk, VA, with the destination Baltimore, MD. Collided with another aircraft on the ground while taxiing to takeoff. Report remarks include: Remarks- aircraft overran C-421 which was awaiting take-off clearance in run-up area. Dark ngt.
