    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC67A0156: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Hudson River Airport, Ossining, NY. Suffered a hard landing on touch down. The factors included; rough water. Report remarks include: Aircraft landed nose high into gusty headwind and 2 feet high waves. Flap damaged.
