    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA69A0017: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 18:04 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Miami International Airport, Miami, FL. The gear collapsed while aborting takeoff. The factors included; overload failure and wet runway. Report remarks include: Unable to rotate. Controls locked by engaged auto-pilot. Overran rnwy. Nose gear broke due to side load.
