    Converted to a Tradewind by PacAero.

    To China Airlines, Taipei with new c/r B-1530.

    To Aveneles Aviation, Las Vegas NV with new c/r N40AP.

    From 7 May 1979 to 1991

    To Union Flights, Sacramento, CA keeping c/r N25SM.

    11 November 1987

    Involved in an incident.
    The incident occurred at Reno, NV, United States while climbing. The damage was minor. Shortly after takeoff and after the landing gear was raised, the pilot noticed an over-temperature of the right engine. A power reduction was made and afterwards symptoms of a compressor stall occurred. The pilot then shut down the right engine. A 180 degree turn was made. During the turn the cockpit filled with smoke with flames visible coming from the right engine area...

    Notes: 1991 photo at Winnipeg - A much-modified Beech 18 in the form of PAC Super Turbo Tradewind bought by local outfit Ministic Air from Union Flights and regd as C-FRGT. Less than a year later it was wrecked in a bungled approach in poor viz.

    Destroyed in a crash.
    Undershot on landing approach, crashed on frozen lake,Little Grand Rapids MB.
