    Deployed aboard U. S. S. Constellation (CVA-64).

    Redesignated as E-1B.

    Transferred to Carrier Airborne Warning Squadron 12 (VAW-12), NAS Norfolk, VA.

    1 April 1967

    Transferred to Carrier Airborne Warning Squadron 121 (VAW-121), NAS Norfolk, VA.
    Unit created from a detachment of VAW-12.

    Transferred to Carrier Airborne Warning Squadron 111 (VAW-111), NAS North Island, San Diego, CA.
    Operated with markings: RR

    1968

    Transferred to Carrier Airborne Warning Squadron 121 (VAW-121), NAS Norfolk, VA.
    Operated with markings: AE-711

    Aircraft deployed also on USS Wasp (CVS-18), USS Saratoga (CVA-60) and USS Franklin D. Roosevelt (CVA-42) in both Atlantic and Pacific Oceans during its career.
