    Constructed as a VIII by Department of Aircraft Production at Australia.

    4 January 1944

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Australian Air Force with s/n A9-555.

    Transferred to 100 Squadron, Royal Australian Air Force, Tadji, Papa New Guinea.
    Operated with markings: QH-S

    21 March 1945

    Crashed.
    Damaged beyond repair in A take-Off accident, Tadji, Papa New Guinea.

    1974

    Transported by ship.
    Fuselage recovered from Tadji along several other Beauforts, and shipped to California.

    To Military Aircraft Restoration Corporation (MARC)/David Tallichet, Chino Airport, Chino, CA.

    To The Bristol Heritage Collection, Hessel Field, Clifton, TN.
    The forward and rear fuselage sections of A9-555 and the stern section of A9-182 were transport to Tennessee for restoration.
