    Transferred to Attack Squadron 125 (VA-125), NAS Lemoore, CA.
    Operated with markings: NJ-650

    From 3 May 1962 to 1963

    Transferred to Naval Air Reserve Training Unit (NARTU), NAS Los Alamitos, CA.

    September 1962

    Redesignated as A-4A.

    From May 1963 to 1966

    Assigned to NAF Litchfield, AZ for storage.

    From 1966 to 1967

    Transferred to NARTU Jacksonville, FL.
    Operated with markings: 6F-15

    From 1967 to 1968

    Transferred to NARTU Los Alamitos, CA.

    30 July 1968

    Transferred to Naval Air Technnical Training Center, NAS Memphis, TN.
    For use as an instructional airframe.

    31 July 1968

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Navy.

    In the inventory of National Naval Aviation Museum-Loan Program, NAS Pensacola, Pensacola, FL.
