    Constructed as a Ju-88A-1.

    1977

    Recovered.
    Components including an engine were retrieved from the ground at the location of a crash site near Dorking, England.

    To Canadian War Museum, Lebretton Flats, Ottawa, ON.
    Displayed on a information plaque in the museum: In 1977 the Surrey and Sussex Aviation Society excavated this Jumo 211B1 engine from under 2 metres of soil near Dorking in southern England. It probably came from a Junkers 88A-1 bomber which was shot down by a Canadian pilot, Flight Lieutenant G.R. McGregor, during the Battle of Britain.
