    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC69D0248: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 16:20 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Knox Bay Spb Airport, Piseco Lake, NY. Suffered a hard landing on touch down. The factors included; glassy water. Report remarks include: Bow caved in.
