    Spotted at Carp, ON, in Voyageur Airways markings.

    30 November 1975

    Crashed.
    Had an accident on at Carp Airport, Ontario, when it ran off a wet runway in crosswind takeoff and hit a snowbank. No injuries or fatalities.

    From 1976 to 1978

    Assigned civil registration: C-FIKM

    Withdrawn from use.
    Retired at Carp, ON, and derelict in Bradley Air Services markings.
