    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army with s/n 73-21651.
    Accepted at Edwards AFB, CA.

    April 1976

    Transferred to 6th Army.

    From 12 October 1976 to 3 November 1976

    Was configured with a prototype deice system and an anti-ice system which used a variety of methods to provide ice protection In-flight artificial icing, utilizing the HISS, was conducted in the vicinity of Fort Wainwright, AK. A total of 10 icing flights were conducted, totaling 9.7 hours, of which 3.9 hours were in the artificial icing environment.

    From Unknown to August 1989

    Transferred to 1st Army, Fort Eustis, VA.

    Circa 1989

    Converted to a GYUH-60A.

    October 1992

    To United States Army Aviation Museum, Fort Rucker, Enterprise, AL.
