    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 67918.

    Circa 1944

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 44-33954 as a OA-10.

    30 September 1947

    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. This was a military flight. The accident occurred at Dago Lake, AK (United States of America) while landing. Narrative: The Canso plane was abandoned after a forced landing at Dago Lake, Alaska. It was recovered in 1984 and moved to the Alaska Aviation Heritage Museum at Anchorage.
