    Notes: Curtiss Commando HK-400 was loaded with cargo and departed from Villavicencio on 12th November 1992.

    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. The cargo flight departed Mitu Airport (MVP/SKMU), Colombia and was destined for Villavicencio Airport (VVC/SKVV), Colombia. The accident occurred at La Colina Airport (Colombia) while landing. Narrative: The C-46 transport plane crashed during an emergency landing at La Colina Airport.
