    Notes: Frigorifico Santa Rita C-46F-1-CU CP-754 (c/n 22570) was based at La Paz El Alto airport as one of the larger meat-haulers in Bolivia

    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. There were five fatalities. The cargo flight departed Estancia El Trompillo, Bolivia and was destined for La Paz-El Alto Airport (LPB/SLLP), Bolivia. The accident occurred at Estancia El Trompillo (Bolivia) while taking off. Narrative: The aircraft did not gain enough speed on takeoff because of a wet runway. The plane cleared a fence, then struck the ground left wing-first and crashed.
