    Constructed as a Canso A by Canadian Vickers.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Canadian Air Force with s/n 11022.

    To Western Aviation Maintenance, Mesa, AZ with new c/r N27311 (PBY-5A, 300).

    12 November 1944

    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was a loss. There were three fatalities. This was a military flight. The accident occurred at Patricia Bay, BC (Canada) while landing. Narrative: The Canso was with No. 3 OTU at RCAF Station Patricia Bay, BC (now Victoria International). It crashed into Patricia Bay while attempting to land and sank.
