    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n WG416.

    To Royal Aero Club of South Australia with new c/r VH-BWK.

    To unknown owner with c/r VH-CKD.

    To Gliding Club of Western Australia with new c/r VH-TUG.

    8 December 1968

    Permanently withdrawn from use.
    After damage at Cunderin.

    Notes: An earlier Chipmunk glider tug at Cunderdin was VH-TUG. It was a structural write-off after rolling forward into a deep drain while having a propeller hand-swing engine start at Cunderdin in December 1968
