    Modified for similar performance of K-3.

    The first autogiro tested by the Army Air Corps at Wright Field, Dayton, OH. Found to have unsuitable performance for Air Corps needs and was not purchased.

    To Alfred Letcher, Jean, NV with new c/r N10767.
