    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 66-0047.

    By September 1986

    Converted to an EF-111A.

    By September 1986

    New construction number, EF-15, assigned to the airframe.

    Transferred to 390th ECS, 366th TFW, Mountain Home AFB, ID.
    Operated with markings: MO

    12 September 1986

    From 1993 to 1996

    Transferred to 85th TES, 46th Test Wing, Eglin AFB, FL.
    Operated with markings: ET
    Used as a test bed for the Systems Improvement Program at Eglin AFB, FL. an upgrade to the aircrafts jamming subsystem. Was stationed at Eglin AFB where it underwent extensive flight testing to validate the program.

    From After June 1996 to March 1999

    To Cannon AFB, NM.

    18 June 1996

    Written off.
    Involved in some sort of landing accident on (*probably earlier) at Cannon AFB, NM, with 85th TES and written off. Deemed damaged beyond viable repair, probably due to the decision with withdraw all EF-111A Ravens by the end of 1998. Used as maintenance trainer and for aircraft battle damage repair training, she sat derelict at Cannon AFB in bad shape.
