    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 79-0022.

    Transferred to 525 TFS, 36 TFW, Bitburg AB, FRG.

    28 January 1991

    Flown by Capt. Donald S. Watrous of 32nd TFG, 32nd TFS, shot down IrAF MiG-23 on Jan 28, 1991, during Operation Desert Storm. Weapon was an AIM-7M.

    Transferred to 114 FS, 173 FW, OR ANG, Klamath Falls, OR.

    4 August 2010

    Transferred to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC) with inventory number FH0288.

    On or about 2018-02-12 This aircraft was transitioned to Joe Muss. of the Pueblo Wiesbrod Air Museum. it was transported and is currently in restoration for static display Dedication of the display is schedualed for 2 June 2018.
