    (VF-213) during familiarizaton flight from NAS Fallon, NV Nov 6, 2002, backseater accidentally fired his ejection seat. He landed safely without injury. The aircraft was damaged, but returned successfully to NAS Fallon.

    Transferred to VF-31, USS Theodore Roosevelt.

    Made last operational catapult launch of F-14 in US Navy service from USS Theodore Roosevelt in Western Atlantic Jul 28, 2006.

    Transferred to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC) with inventory number 1K0200.

    29 November 2006

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Navy.
