    Constructed as a HO-42 by SOKO at Yugoslavia.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Yugoslav Air Force with s/n 12660.

    28 June 1991

    While piloted by captain 1st class Joze Kalan and sergeant-major 1st class Bogo Sustar defected to Slovenia.

    After 28 June 1991

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Slovenian Air Force and Air Defence with s/n TO-001 and operated with these markings: Velenje.

    1992

    Assigned civil registration: SL-HAA

    By 1994

    Assigned civil registration: S5-HAA
    Change of national prefix.

    21 June 1994

    Crashed.
    Landing accident at Kocevski Rog. Deemed to be beyond economical repair.

    1996

    Placed on display with 15th Brigade HQ, Brnik.
    As a gate guard.

    From August 1998 to June 2012

    Restored.

    27 June 2012

    Placed on display with Park of Military History Pivka, Pivka, Postojna.
