    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Carrabelle, FL, United States while maneuvering. The damage was substantial. The aircraft was conducting external load logging operations in a hover at approximately 175 feet above ground level when the power loss occurred. According to the pilot, the engine ran intermittently with black smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe before the engine failed totally. The autorotation landing was made into a creek in FIVE-6 feet deep water...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Louisville, GA, United States while maneuvering. The airframe was destroyed. The pilot reported that during a logging operation, a jerking motion was noted while the helicopter was hovering at 200 feet. The motion occurred several times over a short period of time. The pilot ejected the long line and attempted an emergency landing, but the helicopter impacted in a swampy area and burned...
