    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK65F0020: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:30 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the Columbia Airport, Columbia, CA. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Collided with an object while landing. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land.
