    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number IAD74FLQ33: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 18:00 hours. The airframe was destroyed. This was a local flight from Henderson, KY. Collided with wires and/or poles while on a crop dusting run. The factors included; high obstructions on terrain and load not jettisoned. Report remarks include: Aircraft struck telephone wire which was at a 40 degree angle to a n-s power line. Spray run w to e. Incident occurred at or near Clay, KY.
