    Substantially damaged when ground looped landing at NAF 28006, NOLF No. 3, Columbia Field, Richmond, Pasco.

    25 April 1944

    Involved in an incident.
    At NAS Livermore, CA. Substantially damaged in an accident with N2S-3 BuAer 07009 while taxying at NOLF Cope, Pleasanton.

    5 September 1997

    To Domino Aviation Corp, Wilmington, DE with new c/r N17678.

    10 August 2002

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Casa Grande Airport (CGZ) Casa Grande, AZ, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The airplane rolled into a ditch during a forced landing following a partial loss of engine power. The flight instructor reported that the engine power loss occurred while climbing between 400 and 500 feet above ground level...
