    Constructed as a Finch II by Fleet.

    From 7 October 1940 to 18 October 1943

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Canadian Air Force with s/n 4632.
    With the Central Flying School at RCAF Station Trenton, Ontario.

    Redesignated as 16B.

    15 March 1956

    Certificate of airworthiness for NR41871 (FLEET 16B, 519) issued.

    16 August 1987

    Crashed.
    There was one fatality and was one serious injury. The accident occurred at Bellevue, WA, United States while climbing. The airframe was destroyed. The pilot executed an emergency landing on a golf course after a power loss which he attributed to carburetor ice. Subsequent to the landing the aircraft was fueled with 10 gallons of automotive gasoline...
