    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MKC76FCA21: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 11:20 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from St Charles, MO. Stalled or mushed while on a low pass. The factors included; unwarranted low flying. Incident occurred at or near St Charles, MO.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Plant City Municipal Airport (X17) Plant City, FL, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The aircraft had been flown for about 20 minutes prior to the accident flight with no problem. With about 20 G of fuel aboard, the pilot preflighted the aircraft for the next flight but did not check the fuel system for contaminants. The engine run-up prior to departure was normal...
