    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX71DVA20: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 07:00 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Wasco, CA. The engine failed or malfunctioned while turning around. Experienced a controlled collision with terrain while in an emergency descent. The factors included; separation in flight. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land...

    20 August 1983

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Tracy, CA, United States while cruising. The airframe was destroyed. While on a flight to dispense orthene, a fill line began leaking into the cockpit. After dispensing the load while returning to the landing area at about 30 feet above ground level, the pilot reached below the seat to check the leak. While he was bending over to locate the leak, the aircraft flew into a bean field...
