    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX80FUA13: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:47 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the John Wayne Airport, Santa Ana, CA. This was a local flight from Santa Ana, CA. Collided with another aircraft on the ground while taxiing from landing.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the McCampbell-Porter Airport (TFP) Ingleside, TX, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The airline transport pilot was conducting a personal flight in the tailwheel-equipped airplane in the airport traffic pattern. He reported making two uneventful stop-and-go landings before the accident takeoff. The third takeoff was uneventful until the tail became airborne and the airplane began to veer to the right...
