    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW70FRA02: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 08:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Jasper County Airport, Jasper, TX. The flight departed from Jasper, TX, with the destination Mcallen, TX. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. Collided with ditches during the takeoff run.
