    Crashed.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number IAD75AI054: There was one fatality. Incident occurred at 13:30 hours. The airframe was destroyed. The flight departed from Morgantown, WV, with the destination Clarksburg, WV. Collided with wires and/or poles while cruising. The factors included; high obstructions on terrain. Report remarks include: Hit power cable suspended 65 feet abv river. Incident occurred at or near Morgantown, WV.
