    Colonel Regis Urschler was the pilot for this plane, and was Vice Commander of 301st Air Refueling Wing, Rickenbacker AFB, Columbus, OH at this time, becoming Commander in July 1977.

Incident occurred at the Name Of Airport - Muni Airport, Council Bluffs, IA. The flight departed from Omaha, NE, stopping at Minneapolis, MN, on the way to Council Bluffs, IA. Ground looped or water swerved during the landing rollout. The factors included; unfavorable wind conditions. The sky conditions were clear...
