    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK68F0126: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 05:30 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the Central Valley Airport, Selma, CA. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. The aircraft nosed over on touch down. The factors included; weather conditions conducive to carb induction system icing. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine...
