    Constructed as a CS-102 by Aero at Vodochody, Czechoslovakia.

    January 1958

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Ceskoslovenske Vojenske Letectvo with s/n 2626.

    From April 1959 to November 1959

    Converted to a MiG-15UTI-P.
    Work done by the LVO Ceske Budejovice, Czechoslovakia.

    New serial number assigned: 2826 CVL
    According to Miroslav Irra, author of the superb MiG-15 monograph, the MiG-15UTI-P s/n 2626 was reserialed as 2826 to avoid confusion after someone pointed out that there is already another s/n 2626 serving in Czechoslovakia, the CS-102 c/n 142626 (licensed MiG-15UTI) from the 2nd SBOLP in Bratislava. After it was destroyed in a crash on 13 October 1961, the MiG-15UTI-P was reserialed back as 2626.

    9 December 1966

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the Ceskoslovenske Vojenske Letectvo.

    To Letecke Muzeum (Aviation Museum of the Military Historical Institute), Kbely, Praha (Prague), Prague.
