    Involved in an incident.
    The incident occurred at the Municipal Airport (CID) Cedar Rapids, IA, United States while landing. The damage was minor. The tailwheel failed to extend fully due to a lack of lubrication. The aircraft was landed normally and the tailwheel collapsed.
