    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK75FVD18: There was one fatality. Incident occurred at 07:28 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the Rohnerville Airport, Rohnerville, CA. This was a local flight from Rohnerville, CA. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Collided with trees while on final approach to land. The factors included; overload failure. There was complete power loss in the failure of two engines...
