Although it was on display outside at the Fort Sill air field for many years and the sun took it is toll, it is still a very attractive display and will be an educational and historic piece. The Kansas National Guard had several Field Artillery Battalions and the L-19 was an integral part of each Headquarters unit for Forward Observer training. |
