    Utilized as a battle damage repair training airframe and allocated this maintenace serial for that purpose.

    To Flugausstellung Peter Junior, Abtei, Hermeskeil, Rhineland-Palatinate.

    Notes: This ex 22 Sqn Westland Whirlwind HAR.10 is preserved at Hermeskeil.Its marked XD186, but the maintenance serial 8701M refers to another chopper. Its actually XP352 with only the boom off XD186. The body of XD186 and the boom from 352 were outside in their dump area.
