    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Ceskoslovenske Vojenske Letectvo with s/n 6926 as a B-228 and operated with these markings: DE-51.
    For a brief period of time all foreign built aircraft in Czechoslovak military received new designations according to domestic naming system.

    Redesignated as Il-28.

    Markings Applied: BA-11

    Circa 1961

    Converted to an Il-28RTR.

    1969

    Transferred to 47 PZLP, Milovice and Pardubice.

    September 1969

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the Ceskoslovenske Vojenske Letectvo.
