    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Ceskoslovenske Vojenske Letectvo with s/n 0501 as a CB-228 and operated with these markings: CD-10.
    For a brief period of time all foreign built aircraft in Czechoslovak military received new designations according to domestic naming system.

    Redesignated as Il-28U.

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the Ceskoslovenske Vojenske Letectvo.
