    To Canadian Airways Ltd with new c/r CF-ATZ.

    Flown by Edmonton Bush Pilot Punch Dickins on an epic 13,500 kilometre survey trip around the Northwest Territories and Alaska.

    1949

    To Matt Berrys Territories Air Services.

    Crashed.
    Crashed on takeoff from Taltheilei Narrows, NWT.

    1981

    Recovered.
    An Edmonton group, assisted by Buffalo Airways and Air Command 435 Squadron, moved the wreckage to Blatchford.

    From 1984 to 1991

    Restored.
    Restoration work led by Gordon Cannam and Chuck McLaren.

    1991

    To Alberta Aviation Museum Association, Edmonton City Centre Airport, Edmonton, AB.
    CF-ATZ was the first major exhibit at the museum.
