    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX72DVA11: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:30 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Mettler Stat, CA. Stalled while turning around. The factors included; jettisoned load. Report remarks include: Un fly ovr wires, atmtd parallel wires, tightened turn. Stalled when load jettisoned. Incident occurred at or near Wheeler Rdg, CA.
