    New construction number, 1804, assigned to the airframe.

    Redesignated as U-6A.

    To Newhalen Lodge Inc, Nondalton, AK with new c/r N700NL.

    17 January 1996

    Certificate of airworthiness for N700NL (BEAVER U-6A, 1804) issued.

    19 September 1998

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Iliamna, AK, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported he was attempting to takeoff to the east from a remote lake in a float equipped airplane. He estimated the prevailing winds to be easterly at 35 knots, with gusts to 55 knots. Shortly after applying power during the takeoff roll, the pilot said a gust of wind suddenly lifted the right wing and the airplane rolled over to the left.
