    28 August 1994

    Crashed.
    There were two minor injuries. The accident occurred at the Caldwell Industrial Airport (U35) Caldwell, ID, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. After touchdown, the right main gear brake locked up due to a gummy deposit that would not allow it to release. As the landing roll continued, the aircraft slowly nosed over.
