    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 41-25454.

    Transferred to 66th AAF Training Detachment, Tuskegee Institute Field, Tuskegee, AL.

    2 June 1943

    Damaged.
    Cadet Kermit Bailer made a forced landing in the aircraft, causing some damage.

    Transferred to State Teachers College in Murfressboro, TN.

    Transferred to Bush Field, Augusta, GA.

    November 1944

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Army Air Force.

    To Robert L. Dickson, Holly, CO with new c/r N55201 {2}.

    10 September 1969

    Crashed.
    The incident occurred at Minter City, MS, United States. The time was 1430 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Minter City, MS. The engine failed or malfunctioned while en route for crop dusting. The aircraft nosed over during the landing rollout. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. Report remarks include: Engine salvaged w/o teardown. Spraying methyl parathion.
