    From November 1961 to July 1962

    Deployed to Ramstein AB, West Germany, during the Berlin Crisis.

    From March 1963 to 10 December 1969

    Transferred to 319th FIS, Montgomery Air Defense Sector, Homestead Air Force Base, FL.

    From 12 December 1969 to 1 May 1970

    Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC) with inventory number FB022.

    4 August 1970

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Republic of China Air Force with s/n 4251.

    From August 1970 to 1974

    To 41st TFS, 2D Wing, Hsinchu AB, ROCAF.

    From 1974 to 23 December 1985

    Transferred to 8th TFS, 3D Wing, Ching Chuang Kang AB, ROCAF.

    23 December 1985

    Destroyed in a crash.
    Crashed due to loss of control due to mechanical malfunction, and crashed in Fen Yuan, Chang Hua, pilot ejected and was recovered. Aircraft written off.
