    Notes: Original Caption: A U.S. Air Force McDonnell Douglas F-4E-40-MC Phantom II (s/n 68-0459) from the 141st Fighter Squadron, 108th Tactical Fighter Wing, New Jersey Air National Guard, flies off the right wing of a Norwegian General Dynamics F-16B Fighting Falcon aircraft during exercise Barfrost 89. The 108th TFW was deployed to the Arctic Circle location for a six-day North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) air-land exercise.
